How to Return
Initiate Return
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization number (RMA).
Package Securely
Pack the item in its original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number and protect the item during shipping.
Ship Back
Ship the item using a trackable method. We recommend insurance for high-value items. Return shipping is customer's responsibility.
Inspection
Once received, we'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days to ensure it meets return conditions.
Refund Issued
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection.
Exchanges
Exchange Policy for Vintage Items
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, we cannot guarantee direct exchanges. Each piece in our archive is unique and cannot be replaced with an identical item.
Exchange Process:
- 1. Return the original item following our return process
- 2. Receive your refund once the return is approved
- 3. Place a new order for your desired item
- 4. Contact us for a one-time shipping credit if exchanging for size

International Returns
